Nickerson Talent Solutions is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic / AH-64D/E Helicopter Maintainer to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on AH-64D/E helicopters at Fort Rucker, Alabama. The role supports U.S.

Army pilot training, ensuring aircraft are safe, reliable, and mission-ready according to AR 95-1, AR 95-20, and FAA standards. You will conduct troubleshooting, inspections, and modifications, maintain logs per TAMMS, and mentor junior staff while working within a dynamic training

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years hands-on rotary-wing maintenance experience.
• Specific AH-64D/E maintenance experience required.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift and handle moderately heavy components in hangar/flight-line environment.
• Ability to pass an aircraft mechanic skills assessment.

Responsibilities

• Perform organizational and intermediate-level maintenance on AH-64D/E aircraft, including airframe, engines, flight controls, hydraulics, electrics.
• Inspect, remove, install, repair, and modify components and subsystems.
• Conduct fault isolation and corrective maintenance using manuals and diagnostic tools.
• Support maintenance test flights and operational checks; perform engine run-ups and taxi operations as qualified.
• Maintain accurate aircraft logs and documentation per TAMMS and directives.
• Provide guidance to junior maintainers and technicians.
• Other duties as assigned to support flight operations.
