Job summary

Dematic is seeking an AGV Route Technician for a large e-commerce fulfillment center in the Reno, NV area. You will manage route programming for AGV fleets and perform maintenance of magnetic tape and reflector-based guidance systems to keep operations running smoothly.

You will calibrate vehicle sensors and collaborate with operations to adjust routes for seasonal layout changes, solving traffic-flow challenges and optimizing throughput in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of AGV or automated equipment experience.
• Experience with magnetic tape and wire-guided AGV navigation.
• Basic PLC and HMI interaction skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude for traffic flow and route optimization.
