Base pay range

$25.00/yr - $32.00/yr

Location: Easton, PA 18045

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Shift Options

• Sunday to Wednesday: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Wednesday to Saturday: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• On call as needed

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and self-reliant AGV Maintenance Technician / IT Support Technician to perform both preventive and corrective maintenance in an automated warehouse environment. This role involves onsite system support for technologies including AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles), packing tables, printers, and related equipment.

This is a direct hire position. We are working with a client to place the right candidate.

Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on AGVs and warehouse systems per manuals and safety procedures
• Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, and mechanical components (mainboards, motors, sensors, PLCs, lifting systems)
• Access RMS (Robot Management System) to check robot status, error history, and manage tasks
• Operate RMS features (task recovery, emergency stop, map updates, shelf positions)
• Provide technical support for packing tables, printers, and other equipment
• Use Excel for tracking and reporting maintenance tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance workspace
• Communicate with field techs, management, and departments to resolve issues
• Respond promptly to system alerts and user requests
• Document all interventions including diagnostics, repairs, and part replacements
• Be available for weekend or emergency interventions as needed

Requirements

• Technical degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related field
• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in industrial or AGV maintenance (Level 2 support)
• Ability to read/interpret manuals, electrical schematics, and assembly guides in English
• Hands-on with multimeters, torque wrenches, diagnostic software, serial tools
• Knowledge of network protocols (e.g., SSH) and ports (e.g., 5000, 9001)
• Familiarity with Geek+ systems, RMS, IMMS (preferred)
• Strong computer and Excel skills
• Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred
• Self-managed, proactive, and responsive
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
