Qualifications

• :Bachelor's degree required; experience in agriculture preferred; Certified Crop Advisor or ability to become certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Farm Supervisor and Innovation Farm staff in planning, implementing and data collection of field trials and demonstrations
• Organize and facilitate field days, grower meetings, post-harvest meetings, training, etc.
• Manage and compile data including plot data, seed matrix, etc. for marketing format
• Evaluate products by building knowledge and sharing observations with product development
• Coordinate 3rd party testing and assist in product selection for yield and demo plots
• Strengthen customer engagement by incorporating profitable and sustainable initiatives
