Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work long hours, and maintain a good driving record.
Compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform custom application of crop protection and crop nutrient products.
Delivery of seed, crop protection and crop nutrients.
General services and maintenance duties including equipment and facilities maintenance.
Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
Comply with NuWay-K&H Cooperative’s safety policies.
Maintain and develop corporate image and protect brands.
Continuous improvement through self-development and training.
Attend training sessions required by law and NuWay-K&H Cooperative.
Perform other duties as assigned.
