Job summary

Farmers Cooperative in Frankfort, KS is seeking an Operations Specialist to support our agronomy department. The role involves loading and unloading agronomy products, assisting sprayer operators, and building relationships with local customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with agronomy equipment or related processes.
• Willingness to perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Ability to monitor product quality and assist with mixing/loading of fertilizer and chemicals.
• Interest in obtaining CDL certifications or training.

Hourly, Full-Time Position

Salary range is estimated based on potential overtime hours and may vary

Do something different every day as you work with our agronomy department and their many services. As an Operations Specialist at our Frankfort Agronomy facility, you will:

• Load and unload agronomy products, assist sprayer operators and build valuable relationships with local customers in the area
• Gain hands‑on skills by performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Learn how to monitor and maintain product quality, mix and load fertilizer and chemical products, and may assist with grain operations as needed
• Operate equipment and obtain certifications including the opportunity to acquire your CDL
