Qualifications

• At least 3+ years in agronomy or related operations.
• Experience with chemical, fertilizer, and/or anhydrous ammonia application.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily chemical, fertilizer application operations and scheduling.
• Oversee training, equipment maintenance, and safety programs.
• Manage inventory, receiving, storage, and recordkeeping for products.
