Job summary

AGRILAND FS offers a paid internship over 8–12 weeks, with a two-day mid-summer conference and networking opportunities with employees and fellow interns. You will gain hands-on experience using state-of-the-art equipment and participate in a presentation luncheon to wrap up the program.

The role includes on-the-job training, assisting with product storage, field scouting, and exposure to agronomy products and future career development in a respectful, safe, and team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a two-year or four-year education program beyond high school.
• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Ability to work Spring or Summer full-time while on break from school.
• Good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Gain on-the-job experience with training and state-of-the-art equipment.
• Assist with delivering products to custom applicators in customer fields.
• Support storage and distribution of plant protection products.
• Help with post-application of dry nitrogen.
• Monitor weed control by scouting fields and collecting data.
• Learn about agronomy products and how they are used and applied.
