gpac is hiring an Agronomy Operations Manager for a large farming operation in Indiana. The role focuses on overseeing application operations for crop production, coordinating fertilizer, irrigation, and chemical applications, and ensuring safety and efficiency across the crew.

The position emphasizes strong leadership and clear communication of farm activities, challenges, and decisions. Experience in agriculture and a valid driver’s license are preferred; Part 107 remote license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in the agriculture industry; crop production knowledge preferred.
• Part 107 remote license preferred.
