Job summary

Sunrise FS in Virginia, Illinois, part of the GROWMARK System, seeks a driver to operate sprayers and trucks, applying crop inputs and maintaining equipment to support customer service and profitability.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, record data, and ensure compliance with DOT standards. A high school diploma is expected; CDL within 1 year; must have a clean driving record and be able to lift up to 100 lbs. Sunrise FS offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be willing to obtain CDL with endorsements within 1 year.
• Satisfactory driving record and valid medical card.
• Ability to obtain pesticide/applicator license.
• Ability to work extended hours; lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and professionally applies crop production inputs according to rates and labels.
• Records application data per regulations.
• Operates sprayers, floaters, and trucks, meeting DOT standards.
• Performs daily safety pre-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Loads/unloads materials onto trucks; ensures proper weight distribution.
• Maintains inventory records and ensures product accountability.
