Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in agriculture and energy work is preferred.
• Familiarity with agronomy and energy products, including safe handling of hazardous materials.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and maintain equipment.
• Experience with inventory management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending and mixing equipment to prepare agricultural products as directed.
• Load and unload energy products and agricultural inputs, including fertilizers, seed, and crop protection products, respecting safety procedures.
• Assist with handling, delivery, and storage of energy products, including fuel, propane, and lubricants, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of product deliveries, inventory, and compliance inspections.
• Operate and maintain energy equipment, such as fuel tanks, trucks, and pumps, ensuring safety regulations compliance.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing equipment while performing inspections and routine maintenance.
