Keystone Cooperative, Inc. in Lebanon, IN seeks a full-time Driver/Operations backup to Applicators. You will move Agronomy products, operate tender trucks, and help with maintenance and grounds. The role requires strong communication, safety focus, and flexibility to work busy seasons.

Ideal candidates bring a CDL (A or B) or Ag CDL, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle fast-paced demands while delivering excellent customer service in a team environment.

Qualifications

• CDL class A or B preferred, or ability to obtain Ag CDL.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Excellent time management, prioritization and judgment.
• Positive attitude, high energy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and team player.
• Willingness to work extended hours during busy seasons.
• Hazmat endorsement a plus; clean driving history preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Operate tender trucks to supply product to equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance and assist in equipment maintenance.
• Maintain facility grounds and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Communicate daily activities to the location manager.
• Prepare and maintain records per regulations and procedures.
• May assist in measuring inventory of fertilizers and chemicals.
• Serve as a backup to Applicators.
