Job summary

Keystone Cooperative in Mentone, IN is seeking a versatile backup to Applicators to support agronomy operations. You will help with general lot maintenance, receiving and delivering product, groundskeeping, and equipment compliance, contributing to safe, efficient field service.

Qualifications

• CDL required or ability to obtain Ag CDL
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization
• Positive attitude, high energy, attention to detail
• Must have a sense of urgency and work well in fast-paced environments
• Strong customer service and team player attitude
• Ability to work extended hours during busy seasons
• Territory and agricultural knowledge is a plus
• Hazmat endorsement is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products
• Operate tender trucks to supply product to custom equipment
• Ensure safety compliance
• Assist in equipment maintenance
• Maintain facility grounds including mowing and weed spraying
• Communicate daily activities and needs to location manager
• Prepare and maintain records per regulations and procedures
• May assist in inventory measurements of dry fertilizer, NH3, UAN, and other chemicals
• Serve as a backup to Applicators
