Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a data-enabled program manager to oversee TruMetrics (TM) platform operations for farm scale trials. You will coordinate planning, assignment, establishment, and reporting for TM, ensuring high-quality data entry, QA/QC, and cross-functional collaboration with agronomy, R&D, marketing, and IT teams.

You will work with CROs and data scientists to enable timely analysis and generate market-facing insights, while managing data flows from related systems and maintaining TM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy Research, Agronomics, Plant Biology, Remote Sensing Geospatial Monitoring or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of agronomic field trial research.
• Robust graduate or internship experiences may qualify.
• Excellent capabilities with geospatial data and file management.
• Broad knowledge of crop nutrition, biologicals, and crop physiology.
• Ability to travel within North America and other destinations.
• Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate TM program and processes for Farm Scale Trial planning, assignment, establishment, and reporting.
• Lead data entry and management to support commercial agronomy and R&D.
• Monitor trials for QAQC and completeness and communicate requirements to CROs.
• Assist data transfer from Total Acre/YMS and INVISION for TM intake.
• Support data science team for TM data needs.
• Collaborate with IT to maintain TM functionality.
• Catalog and implement farm scale trials with stakeholders and budgets.
