Job summary

Mosaic seeks a data platform specialist to manage the TruMetrics TM platform, coordinating farm scale trials, data entry, QAQC, and cross‑functional alignment with commercial agronomy and R&D teams. You will enable timely analysis and market facing insights by working with data science, IT, and CROs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in agronomy or related field, 3+ years in agronomic trials, strong geospatial data skills, and travel across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of agronomic field trial experience.
• Experience with geospatial data and file management.
• Knowledge of crop nutrition and physiology.
• Willing to travel within North America.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication across multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TM platform management and trial planning.
• Lead data entry, data management, and QAQC for trials.
• Collaborate with commercial agronomy, R&D, IT, and CROs.
• Develop data visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Support timely, market-facing insights and product development.
