Responsibilities

  • Mix liquid fertilizer and load tanks.
  • Mix bulk fertilizer and load trucks.
  • Assist with receiving bulk fertilizers and seeds.
  • Load or receive liquid/dry fertilizer, chemicals, and seed from warehouse.
  • Make deliveries to customers of crop inputs (seed/fertilizer).
  • Assist with custom application services (delivery, application, maintenance).
  • Assist customers at the facility.
  • Assist with equipment repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment/grain or agronomy.
  • Assist in grain grading, loading/unloading trucks/rail cars, and data entry.
  • Promote a safe work environment.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklift/on-site equipment.
  • During peak times, perform cross-department duties as needed.
