Agritech Territory Sales Manager Flagstaff Arizona

Our client, an established AgriTech startup, is seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to lead a dealer network in key growth areas. This full-time, direct hire (W2) role is home office based in CA or AZ, with frequent travel.

Requirements

  1. 5 years of sales experience within the Agritech Industry.
  2. Experience in developing and executing dealer strategies, including establishing, training, and managing dealer partners in equipment and subscription sales.
  3. Farming knowledge and/or agronomic experience.
  4. Ability to understand customer needs and help dealers understand customer perspectives from both business and technical viewpoints.
  5. Tech-savvy with excellent communication skills: capable of demonstrating software products virtually and in-person; working knowledge of Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.
  6. Comfortable with approximately 30-50%+ travel, with seasonal spikes.
  7. Spanish language skills are a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  1. Recruit and maintain a strong dealer network in the region.
  2. Oversee onboarding and training for new and existing dealers.
  3. Work with dealers to communicate the value of solutions and set customer expectations.
  4. Coordinate with the R&D team.
  5. Identify new market opportunities and technological solutions.
  6. Manage schedule and travel independently.
