Job summary

Conserv FS, Inc. is seeking a Service Center Team Member at Waterman, IL to perform delivery, blending, and crop input applications with a focus on customer service and safety. You will work with an operations team to ensure accurate records, inventory control, and efficient service at the service center.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to operate agricultural equipment. CDL Class A and Hazmat are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and related work experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; CDL Class A and Hazmat preferred.
• Ability to operate agricultural equipment and lift 51–75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Delivers products to customers or Service Centers according to company standards.
• Applies crop production inputs to fields and crops per rates and pesticide labels.
• Mixes or blends products according to rates and safety labels.
• Records application data in accordance with regulations.
• Maintains inventory and records; assists loading and transport of materials.
• Operates and maintains service center equipment; supports team goals.
