Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform daily safety checks and operate tractor with rower attachment.
• Row pumpkin fields and support harvest operations.
• Clean and maintain equipment between fields and at end of day.
• Monitor field quality and remove debris/foreign material.
• Complete required daily and weekly documentation.
• Support additional Ag activities (test plots, equipment movement, housekeeping).

Job description

The Rower Operator supports harvest operations by safely operating rower equipment, preparing fields, and ensuring product quality. This role works closely with the Rowing Supervisor and Ag team to execute daily field operations efficiently and safely.

Approximate hourly pay range: $16.85–$21.41. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
