Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Agriculture or closely related field is required.
• Masters degree in Agriculture or closely related field preferred for Sr Superintendent.
• Two years of related work experience in farming, equipment, supervision, and leadership.
• Five years of related work experience for Sr Superintendent, including farm operations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and agricultural licenses where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily station operations and supervise staff.
• Support research faculty and maintain facilities and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records for all station operations.
• Work with project leaders to support replicated trials.
• Travel as required with provided travel budget.
