Job summary

21st Century Equipment LLC is seeking a full-time Parts Manager to lead the parts department, optimize operations, and support exceptional customer service in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. You will oversee inventory control, staff scheduling, and staff development while promoting merchandise and parts solutions to customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in an agricultural parts business, strong financial awareness, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an agricultural parts business.
• Strong understanding of financial management and inventory control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard internet applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, climb, bend, use a computer, and lift 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the parts department and manage staff.
• Maintain accurate inventory control systems.
• Oversee customer service, ensuring timely and professional support.
• Set staff schedules, monitor workloads, and coordinate training.
• Recruit, interview, and hire new team members.
• Promote and merchandise products and accessories.
• Complete required departmental paperwork and conduct physical inventory counts.
• Attend training sessions and educational seminars to strengthen managerial skills.
