Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; CDL and Hazmat endorsements preferred.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery incl. loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
• Pre-employment screenings may be required per job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and safely.
• Develop knowledge of commodities handled at the location and comply with policies and regulations.
• Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading; operate related equipment.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs; monitor load-out functions.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture; report hazards promptly.
• Perform housekeeping, maintenance, and basic grounds tasks as needed.
• Deliver products to customer sites and ensure inventory quality.
