Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
• Pre-employment screenings may be required per job requirements and industry guidelines.
• Agriculture experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities under supervision.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and assist with sampling and hoses.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and trucks using machinery.
• Maintain and monitor inventory quality and cleanliness; perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Deliver products to customer sites and provide safe, courteous service.
