Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an Operations Specialist in Ashley, ND. You will perform general labor, load/unload agricultural inputs, and deliver products to customer sites while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating loaders and forklifts, maintaining equipment, and adhering to company policies. A CDL with Hazmat endorsement is preferred, and pre-employment screenings may be required.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• CDL license or Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Agriculture experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks.
• Deliver products to customer sites.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform routine housekeeping.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as loader and forklift.
• Report safety concerns to supervisor and follow safety policies.
• Perform grounds maintenance including snow removal.
