The J.R. Simplot Company is seeking an experienced Location Manager for the Roanoke Unit.

This role oversees all operations, administrative, delivery, and warehouse functions, ensuring safety, budgeting, and accurate records across a multi-site operation with a strong emphasis on efficiency and customer service. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university.
10+ years related experience and/or training.
Demonstrated supervisory, planning, organization, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Experience in budgeting, inventory management and process leadership.

Responsibilities

Supervise operations, administration, delivery and warehouse functions for the Unit.
Oversee inventory management, budgeting, delivery, and records retention.
Train staff and supervise office, operations, and site personnel.
Coordinate safety programs with regulatory functions and ensure compliance.
Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and forecast operational needs.
Lead cross-functional coordination with marketing for efficient operations.
Ensure product availability, timely delivery, and customer service.
