Executive Staff Recruiters / ESR Healthcare seeks a contractor with deep expertise in Agriculture, Forestry & Environmental science to support AI-driven solutions. The role is remote, with responsibilities spanning domain knowledge application, data review, and policy guidance.

You will contribute to training and evaluation, annotate datasets, and collaborate across subdomains to ensure accurate, practical outcomes for real-world environmental projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in agriculture, forestry, environmental conservation, or related subdomains (including agricultural engineering, food science, farm/ranch management, conservation science, or forestry).
• Proven expertise in sustainable agriculture, land management, or conservation practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and technical accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems, solve problems, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with current regulatory standards, industry trends, and technological advancements in agriculture and environmental management.
• Experience collaborating on interdisciplinary projects or with cross-functional teams.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is highly regarded.
