Job summary

Country Partners Cooperative is seeking a Customer Service Accountant to support busy retail and agronomy operations in Stapleton, NE. The role includes handling daily cash flow, invoicing, and accuracy in recordkeeping across departments.

Work involves strong customer service, data entry, inventory awareness, and teamwork within a community-focused cooperative. Normal hours are 8–5, Monday–Friday, with overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with approved driving record.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Team player with good people and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage phone communications.
• Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Record daily agronomy and other department sales, credits and adjustments in accounting software.
• Prepare daily cash reports and bank deposits for location/departments.
• Prepare, reconcile, and post invoices for fertilizer, chemical, and services.
• Monitor customer accounts, apply payments, and assist with collections.
