Job summary

Nutrien is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multi-family new construction and renovation projects from planning through completion at sites including Bowling Green, MO. The role focuses on cost, constructability, and schedule optimization, with strong emphasis on environmental compliance and safety.

You will coordinate with purchasing, manage contractors, review proposals, and lead meetings to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with a general contractor or a developer managing multi-family new construction projects.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the construction and renovation of related buildings and storage systems.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications for accuracy and completeness; advise on cost, constructability and integrity of materials and systems.
• Coordinate activities for new construction and renovation of agricultural retail sites including environmental compliance and storage systems.
• Develop scopes of work and coordinate with Purchasing for RFPs; review proposals and negotiation with contractors/suppliers.
• Guide award recommendations to senior management and ownership; participate in conceptual development of projects.
• Perform project management duties including contract administration, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and payment applications.
