Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Organize calendars and keep Consultants on track with tasks.
• Serve as primary client contact and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with prospecting, preparing letters, and creating materials.
• Back up other staff and assist with training new employees.
• Maintain client data in proprietary systems and prepare reports.
• Support Consultants with margin calls, orders, and market updates.
• Plan events, presentations, and client meetings.
• Prepare and update client reports and financial records.
