Responsibilities

• Organize calendars and keep consultants on track with upcoming tasks.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing timely information.
• Assist with prospecting, preparing letters, and creating supportive materials.
• Back up other office staff and assist with training new employees.
• Maintain client data in proprietary systems and support marketing efforts.
• Plan and coordinate events, presentations, and client meetings.
• Prepare and update client reports and financial records.
