Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks about the upkeep of the culinary garden.
• Water plants as necessary.

• General garden maintenance: hand weeding, staking, trellising, mowing, weed eating, bed prep, compost, transplanting.
• Compost management, including daily collection of kitchen waste.
• Daily harvest to fill kitchen orders and deliver garden produce.
• Organize and maintain garden tools and equipment.
• Interact with guests and team members as needed.
• Other duties as deemed necessary.

The Agriculture Tech is responsible for the general maintenance of the garden for guests’ enjoyment and the needs of the culinary team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
