Versova is seeking an Agricultural Systems Technician Lead to oversee maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, and conveying systems in our poultry production plant. You will lead a team of technicians, develop preventive maintenance plans, and drive safety and efficiency.
This role requires strong leadership, advanced diagnostics, CMMS proficiency, and coordination with production, quality, and safety teams. Overtime and weekend hours may be required to meet production needs.
Job Summary
As an Agricultural Systems Technician Lead, you will oversee and coordinate the maintenance and repair operations for complex mechanical, electrical, and conveying systems in our poultry production plant. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring optimal performance of all industrial equipment, implementing advanced preventative and predictive maintenance strategies, and driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency and safety.
This position requires the physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull weights of 75+ lbs. and to work in various climate conditions, including extreme heat and cold. The role demands the capacity to walk, climb, stand, and sit for extended periods, as well as work at heights up to 75' and in confined spaces. The job is set in a poultry production plant environment, which may involve exposure to animals and confined areas. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required is essential for this position.
