Job Description

We are looking to hire a motivated individual to join our team to service and install dairy equipment, along with other mechanical and welding needs. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing milking equipment and other farm equipment, which may include refrigeration systems, electrical, and plumbing. We also provide welding services and fabrication work. The role requires willingness to travel to job sites and be on call for emergency repairs after hours and on weekends when needed. Prior experience is not necessary, but general knowledge in refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and welding would be beneficial.

Key Tasks:

1. Refrigeration: Servicing cooling systems on milk coolers.
2. Electrical: General wiring of motors, controls, and diagnosing electrical issues.
3. Plumbing: Basic plumbing knowledge.
4. Welding: All welding processes including sanitary stainless welding, welding stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel using MIG, TIG, and Stick processes.
5. General Repairs: Both farm-related and non-farm-related repairs.
