Position Purpose
Concordia University, Nebraska seeks applications for an adjunct instructor to teach in-person courses in agricultural sciences.
Responsibilities
- Teach courses in agricultural science based on expertise and the needs of the department. Course areas include: Animal Science, Plant Science, Food Science, Agribusiness, etc.
- Follow university and department policies and procedures for maintaining class records, monitoring student progress, and assessing student performance.
- Promptly respond to student and colleague communications.
- Embrace the University's mission.
- Actively integrate and model Christian faith in working with students and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Earned master’s degree in Agricultural Science or a related field.
- Relevant experience in a classroom or in the agricultural industry/workplace.
- Values and beliefs aligned with the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod.
