TAM Systems is an industry-leading team specializing in the design, construction, and service of grain handling facilities in Salem, OH. We are hiring an Agricultural Millwright—an entry-level construction position focused on assembly, erection, installation, and maintenance of material storage components.

This full-time, in-person role requires travel and overtime as projects demand, with an employee-owned company and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable commute to Salem, OH.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, erect, install, and maintain material storage, handling, and conditioning components.
• Perform welding tasks on job sites as required.

Position Overview

TAM Systems is an industry-leading team specializing in the innovative design, construction, and service of grain handling and distribution facilities. We are hiring for an Agricultural Millwright — a hands-on, entry-level construction position focused on the assembly, erection, installation, and maintenance of material storage, handling, and conditioning components. This is a full-time, in-person role based out of Salem, OH, with overtime and out-of-town work required as needed. We are an employee-owned business offering a competitive wage and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Assembly, erection, installation, and maintenance of material storage, handling, and conditioning components.
• Perform welding tasks as required on job sites.
• Work safely at heights up to 120–125 feet.
• Travel to job sites within the region and beyond as project schedules require.
• Apply acute problem-solving skills in the field to resolve installation challenges.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment on all job sites.
• Collaborate with project team members to meet construction timelines.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working at heights up to 120–125 feet.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on construction skills.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and blueprints.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a crew.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as required.
• Must possess a valid, unrevoked, and unsuspended driver's license.

Requirements
