Job summary

Ziegler Ag Equipment in Marshall, MN is seeking an Ag Technician to service the full line of agricultural equipment from planting to harvest. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills and a sense of urgency.

Qualifications

2-year technical college degree in diesel technology or related field; or High school diploma/GED and 2 years of comparable shop mechanic experience
2+ years of relevant ag diesel engine/equipment repair experience preferred
Ability to write and communicate effectively with supervisors, customers and team members
Basic computer skills to document work orders and utilize online diagnostic systems
Own a mechanic tool set and maintain a safe, clean work environment
This role is safety sensitive and requires pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair ag equipment from application to harvest equipment
Document work orders in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Work safely following company policies, procedures and standards
Collaborate with other technicians on troubleshooting repairs
Participate in ongoing training to enhance mechanical skills and product knowledge
