Job summary

Geddes Farmers Co-op in Geddes, SD is seeking a dependable Shop Attendant to support our Station and Shop operations. This hands-on role involves servicing agricultural vehicles and equipment and keeping the shop clean, safe, and organized.

You’ll assist with day-to-day operations, learn new skills, and may pursue additional responsibilities. A CDL with Hazmat endorsement can open doors to faster advancement within the operation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable with physical tasks and hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain agricultural vehicles and equipment.
• Change fluids and perform routine servicing on equipment.
• Assist with tire changes and repairs on agricultural vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop.
• Support Station/Elevator operations as needed.
• Assist customers and team members with day-to-day needs.
