Papé Group is seeking a dedicated Shop Mechanic to service a wide range of agricultural equipment in our Fallon shop. You will diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs, and support pre-delivery setup for John Deere systems, contributing to high uptime for customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with agricultural equipment and small engines.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and air conditioning systems.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair agriculture equipment in the shop to ensure uptime.
• Repair, replace, or rebuild engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical and air systems.
• Assist with pre-delivery setup and installation on John Deere equipment and allied products.
• Provide accurate diagnostics and timely maintenance to maximize equipment performance.
• Collaborate with other mechanics to ensure quality workmanship.
