H2ajobs in Olton, TX seeks workers to manage cotton inflow to the gin, harvest and transport operations, perform general maintenance, and ensure quality of the cotton class. The job includes service and repair of the cotton gin.

Housing is employer-provided; meals are provided with a furnished kitchen and weekly groceries. Transportation support is offered; random drug testing will be conducted post hire. Must lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and obtain a driver’s license within 30 days.

Managing the rate of cotton coming into the gin, cotton harvesting and transport, general maintenance, and quality of the cotton class. Service and repair the cotton gin.

• Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
• Meals: Fully furnished kitchen provided. Workers will have access to grocery stores at least once per week.
• Transport: The employer will provide advance transportation for reasonable (most economical) common carrier or other transportation which conforms to the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) in bound transportation (if it is the prevailing practice). If not the prevailing practice, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation costs and subsistence to the employer's work site when the worker completes 50% of the work period.
