Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; associate degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Experience with diagnostics and repairs per Technical Manual.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair agricultural equipment and technology.
• Participate in job-related training and development.
• Support customer clinics and field diagnostics as required.
• Document diagnostics and repairs in work orders and submit on time.
• Operate and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment for job duties.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Follow safety rules and regulations at all times.
• Keep knowledge of John Deere and competitors up to date.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
