Job summary

Evergreen FS, Inc. in Bloomington, IL, offers a Summer 2027 GROWMARK Credit Intern position to gain real-world experience in agriculture credit operations and customer service through the GROWMARK Internship Program.

You will process new Fuel Contracts, update customer profiles and logs, reconcile data, generate reports, and participate in mentoring, networking, and a capstone project to showcase your work.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or certification and in good academic standing.
• Normally requires an associate degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, or relevant experience.
• Experience with Excel and accounting systems to enhance business processes.
• Ability to learn accounting-related software.
• Demonstrates business knowledge, collaboration, communication, decision making and skill development.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Process new Fuel Contracts: data entry, bookings, contract administrative activity, and general customer account management for a specific customer group.
• Update customer profile and receivables reporting.
• Update contract log for weekly position report.
• Reconcile contract data and generate reports.
• Scan and index completed contracts for electronic viewing.
• Assist with data validation for AME/wEBS integration.
• Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
