Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC offers seasonal internships with our Research and Development teams. Open to undergraduates and graduates, part-time during the school year and full-time in the summer, covering a range of crops across the Central Valley and Central Coast.

Roles include hands-on project work, data entry, and assisting with sprayer calibration, while emphasizing safety and adherence to company policies. Qualified students gain practical experience in agricultural science settings.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Spanish language ability is a plus for communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with chemical applications, sample collection and evaluating test plots.
• Help with calculations for sprayer calibration and application rate.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as irrigation tracking and pest monitoring.
• Complete paperwork and enter data into the system.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
