Education: typically an associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 1+ years in agricultural operations such as distribution, dealer support or customer service. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Typically an associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Prefer 1+ years in Agricultural business operations roles such as distribution, dealer support and customer service.
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain concepts and Lean Six Sigma tools.

Responsibilities

• Dealer Logistics Coordination: set up early season delivery and bulk breakdowns.
• Route Planning: create driver routes within DOT restrictions and communicate plan.
• Warehouse Pick Task Generation: release orders, check availability and create put away tasks.
• Dealer Inventory Management: manage inventory cap and seed inventory analysis.
