You will collaborate with the Credit Administrator and Agri-Finance Manager to manage accounts and collections effectively. Key duties include daily cash handling, preparing cash reports, handling statements, and supporting month-end AR processes in Agvance while maintaining Excel-based

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in accounting, finance or business management or equivalent is required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to assess creditworthiness and manage collections with accuracy and integrity.

• Makes daily cash deposits and completes daily cash reports.
• Collects and processes financial information to verify creditworthiness.
• Serves as customer contact for statements and reconciliations.
• Processes month-end accounts receivable and related sales entries in Agvance.
• Prepares reports on credit and collection activities for management.
• Maintains Excel-based tracking reports for customer portfolios.
