Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related technical experience.
• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, systems engineering or related technical field.
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain a DoD secret clearance.
• Previous experience with missile system Test & Evaluation (T&E).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive T&E strategies, test plans, test procedures, and data collection methodologies.
• Coordinate developmental flight tests, ground tests, HWIL events, and system integration testing for AGMS missile systems.
• Lead data analysis, performance assessment, and reporting to evaluate weapon accuracy and platform integration.
• Collaborate with test centers, range personnel, program offices, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe execution of test events.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, briefings, and documentation for leadership and test review boards.
