Job Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of leasing administration processes
Overall Purpose/Objective

Ensure maximum occupancy and revenue of retail property through effective sales, leasing, and building long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Understand the details of the retail space, architectural drawings, pricing strategies, and expected rates for projects; prepare detailed lease briefs.
  2. Create a list of potential clients using available market data for various projects and locations.
  3. Identify and develop strategies for channel partners across locations.
  4. Plan and execute launch events, marketing activities, and promotional materials like brochures.
  5. Deliver effective sales pitches, arrange site visits, and handle client queries promptly.
  6. Negotiate and finalize deals efficiently.
  7. Manage the process of Leave License agreements after the issuance of LOI, ensuring timely completion.
  8. Monitor client performance, lease renewal timings, and decide on rent increments.
  9. Ensure collection of all payments as per schedules and timelines.
  10. Review project reports, including vacancy levels and deal statuses, and submit updates.
  11. Set, monitor, and review team performance goals regularly.
