Job summary

Aquarium Aglow in Charleston is seeking seasonal Guest Services Associates to welcome guests and guide them through the Aquarium Aglow experience. You will greet guests, sell and scan tickets, and help manage crowds during the evening hours.

The role requires friendly, outgoing individuals with a customer-service mindset, availability on weekends and around the holidays, and adaptability to outdoor winter conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, or customer service is a plus.
• Must be available weekends and evenings around the holidays.
• Friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people.

AGLOW Guest Services Associate - Seasonal

Quick Highlights:

• Evening shifts from 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. on select nights in November and December
• Guaranteed days off: November 26 (Thanksgiving), December 24 & 25 (Christmas)
• Full availability required between December 16 – December 31
• Aquarium provides uniform shirts and outerwear
• This is an outdoor position during winter months—dress warmly and bring your holiday spirit!
• $200 bonus after completing your final scheduled shift in good employment standing
