Buck Institute for Research on Aging seeks a motivated postdoctoral researcher for the Newman Lab to work on the TAKEOFF trial, spanning biochemistry to multiomics and clinical trials under a physician-scientist mentor.

The role emphasizes clinical/translational research with strong bench science grounding, collaboration with core Buck facilities, and opportunities for training in clinical research and geroscience education.

Competenze

• MD/PhD in Epidemiology, Clinical Research, Translational Science, Biomedical Sciences, Neuroscience, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative work style.
• Ability to independently manage a research project and learn new skills.

• Participate in day-to-day TAKEOFF trial activities from consent to biospecimen processing.
