What You'll Do

The Onsite L3 Engineer will act as the Agiloft CLM Platform Architect and DevOps owner, responsible for resolving complex issues, designing custom integrations, optimizing system performance, and managing escalations to Agiloft Support. This role provides technical leadership to offshore L2 engineers and ensures platform stability, scalability, and performance.

Expertise You'll Bring

• Act as L3 escalation point for complex Agiloft CLM issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs, workflow failures, and data issues
• Design, build, and maintain custom integrations using:
• CLM Logic Apps
• REST APIs
• Azure-based integration components
• Own integration architecture and monitoring strategy
• Perform performance tuning and optimization, including:
• Workflow efficiency
• API and integration performance
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents
• Manage escalations to Agiloft Support, including:
• Issue reproduction
• Coordination through resolution
• Define best practices, standards, and guardrails for Agiloft configurations
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to L2 offshore team
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and regression testing
• Collaborate with business, security, and infrastructure teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10+ years of experience with Agiloft CLM
• Strong expertise in Agiloft architecture, configuration, and customization
• Deep hands-on experience with CLM Logic Apps
• Strong experience with:
• REST APIs
• Web services
• Integration patterns
• Solid understanding of Azure / DevOps concepts
• Experience in performance tuning and large-scale CLM implementations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Agiloft Advanced or Architect-level certification
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for integrations
• Exposure to enterprise security and compliance requirements
• Experience supporting global CLM implementations
