Qualifications

• 5+ years in agile coaching and project management.
• Experience guiding teams through multiple lifecycle stages.
• Expert in Scrum, Kanban, XP and scaling frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teams to adopt agile methodologies and improve continuously.
• Communicate impediments to leadership using advanced facilitation.
